If you have concerns because you may need extra time and assistance or if you have relatives and friends who are elderly or disabled then just let our telephone operative know and we will ask our driver to call at the front door, escort you to the taxi and assist with luggage and wheelchairs etc. and also to the front door on the return journey.

You may also request a driver that you are familiar with or have used before perhaps.

Providing a transport service for those in need of assistance is covered in the NVQ level 2 awarded to all of our drivers. All of our drivers are checked with the Criminal Records Bureaux and have to have a medical examination on application for a taxi licence.
